Implementation

Plan go-live around the work your team must do.

We turn the implementation into a sequence of decisions and tested workflows. The scope names the modules, data, integrations and people needed for your opening day.

From operating requirements to cutover

01

Agree the operating design

We walk through the workflows in scope, record configuration decisions and name the business owner who accepts each one. Open decisions and exclusions stay visible.

02

Build and rehearse

We coordinate configuration, data preparation and integrations around their dependencies. Your team rehearses representative transactions in a test environment.

03

Prepare the people and the cutover

Training follows the agreed roles and workflows. The cutover plan assigns owners to each step, with acceptance checks, rollback criteria and a decision point before switching systems.

04

Handover with an exit plan

We agree the post-launch support window, issue priorities and handover criteria before go-live. The delivery includes configuration decisions, training materials and the remaining work queue.
