Pricing Questions
What does onboarding look like?
Every plan includes guided onboarding. We connect to your ERP, train your initial model, configure your first agents, and set up Voice -- typically within two weeks. Professional and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding support.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no long-term contracts required.
What ERP systems do you support?
We currently support Prophet 21, Epicor Kinetic, and SAP Business One, with NetSuite, Dynamics 365, and QuickBooks Enterprise coming soon. If your ERP has a SQL-accessible database, we can likely support it.
Is my data safe?
Every Lumina instance is single-tenant. Your model runs in an isolated environment, your data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), and we connect to your ERP read-only. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant.
What counts as a 'query'?
A query is any natural language question asked to Lumina AI. Agent actions, Voice transcriptions, and dashboard views don't count against your query limit. Most Starter customers use well under their 5,000 monthly allocation.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves 15% compared to monthly. Both Starter and Professional plans are eligible. Enterprise pricing is custom and typically structured as an annual agreement.
