    What happens

    We extract from the source system, measure data quality, and map the real scope, before anyone commits to anything.

    A written assessment with a fixed plan: what we'll do, what it costs, and how you'll verify it.

  2. 02Prove
    What happens

    Everything lands in Play or Pilot first. Conversions are rehearsed end-to-end, not attempted live.

    The trial balance ties. Counts reconcile. You sign the validation checklist.

  3. 03Land
    What happens

    Production cutover in dependency order, on a scheduled window your team agreed to.

    Go-live checklist complete; every load verified against source.

  4. 04Verify
    What happens

    Post-cutover reconciliation, the step most implementations skip.

    A written verification report: what was loaded, what ties, what's still open.

  5. 05Stabilize
    What happens

    A defined support window. Issues are triaged by diagnosis, not symptoms.

    Clean handoff or transition to managed support, stated up front, your call.
