Do you work with companies that already have a partner?
Yes. Plenty of our work is specialist scope alongside an existing partner: a migration, an integration, a report estate, an upgrade. We also subcontract to other firms that need P21 or Kinetic depth on a project.
We are live and something is broken. Where do we start?
Describe the symptom in your own words. You do not need to diagnose it for us, that is the job. Reproduce steps and a screenshot help, but a plain description is enough to start.
How do you price engagements?
From an assessment, in writing. We do not publish rate cards and we do not quote blind. The assessment produces a fixed-scope plan with the cost and the verification method attached, and scope changes are change orders agreed before the work.
Are you on Prophet 21, Kinetic, or both?
Both. Distribution runs on P21, manufacturing runs on Kinetic, and we work both sides of the Epicor house, cloud and on-prem.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes, before any detail changes hands. Say so in your message and we will send one or sign yours.
What about the Lumina platform?
The AI platform is a separate product line. Mention it in the form and we will route you to a platform conversation instead of a services one.
